SIGNING UP

It is necessary for you to fill in the right and  correct details when signing up in order for you to become a member and for us to send the rewards to the right person and location.

REFERRALS

Rewards cannot be claimed on cupcake orders that are less than the quantity of 50 and cake-pops that are less than the quantity of 100.


REWARDS

Rewards cannot be processed unless a voucher or your membership number is presented at time of bookings or placing orders. It is understandable that clients may forget to do this at the time of placing their orders or making bookings. It is therefore mandatory that you give us the details of the clients you are referring by filling out the form under the link 'REFERRALS' listed above.

Payments will be made once we have received a deposit from the bookings or orders made by the clients you have referred. This however will depend on the size of the booking or order they have made which may mean payments will be made once we have received full payment from their transaction rather than the deposit.

Payment will be sent via post in form of a cheque or can be transferred directly to you account if you own a paypal account.
